Master Linthorst regularly trains under Grandmaster Chung at K-Tigers USA Taekwondo twice a week. She has been preparing extremely diligently for the 2016 World Taekwondo Championships that took place in Lima, Peru in October.

Master Linthorst also competed at the 2014 World TKD Championships where she placed Silver in her division.

This year at the 2016 World TKD Championships, Master Linthorst secured the GOLD for Team USA.
